<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />page# 7 <br /> <br />Wednesday, September 7, 1988 <br /> <br />Planninq File 1873 <br /> <br />John Jenkins and Alan Deutsch request for vacation of a portion <br />of unimproved Dellwood Avenue lying south of Oakcrest, north of <br />willow Circle and willow Lane, east of Hamline Avenue and west of <br />Fernwood street. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the request. <br /> <br />Keel outlined that utility issues. <br /> <br />Jopke highlighted the actions of the minor variance committee <br />related to this item. <br /> <br />Keel suggested that a condition be added to require that Mr. <br />Jenkins pave his driveway. <br /> <br />DeBenedet commented that a time deadline should be put on the <br />paving of the driveway, and asked the applicant if November 1, <br />1989 would be agreeable to him. Jenkins responded that is was. <br /> <br />Johnson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved and Berry seconded to recommend that the council <br />vacate the west 20 ft. and the east 22 ft. of the unimproved <br />portion of Dellwood Avenue lying south of Oakcrest, north of <br />willow Circle and willow Lane, east of Hamline Avenue and west of <br />Fernwood street with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That Mr. Jenkins pave his driveway by November 1, 1989. <br /> <br />2. That minor variances be obtained by Mr. Jenkins for his <br />driveway location, and Mr. Deutsch for his proposed room <br />addition. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />DeBenedet, Berry, Goedeke, <br />Maschka, Moeller, Johnson <br /> <br />stokes, <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Planninq File 1869 <br /> <br />G.E.M.
