<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, October 12, 1988 <br /> <br />October 12, 1988 special meeting <br />Commission was called to order by <br />7:35 P.M. <br /> <br />of the Roseville Planning <br />Chairperson Pat Johnson at <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, Maschka, Moeller, <br />DeBenedet, Johnson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Dahlgren, Keel, Waldron, Jopke, Bierscheid <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Kehr (liaison) and Mayor Rog <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved and Stokes seconded to approve the minutes of the <br />October 5, 1988 Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, Maschka, <br />Moeller, DeBenedet, Johnson <br /> <br />Nays: <br />Planninq File 1877 <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Brutger Companies request for a comprehensive plan change from <br />school to high density residential and low density residential, <br />rezoning from R-l to R-3A, special use permit for planned unit <br />development, and the preliminary plat at 2400 North Dale Street. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the location, comprehensive plan and zoning <br />designations, platting in the area and highlighted the proposal <br />and its effects on the adjacent vietnamese church. <br /> <br />Keel summarized the City study of the water system and pressure <br />problems in the area. <br /> <br />Steve Wilson from Brutger Companies outlined the changes to the <br />plan and their negotiations with the vietnamese Temple. <br /> <br />Maschka asked if Brutger Companies had considered a two level <br />apartment building.
