Berry asked why this would be called a family center when the primary users would be 18-21 year olds. stimmler replied that this would be a non-alcoholic, non-bar atmosphere kind of place. stokes asked about the length of the lease. that it would be six years. stimmler replied stokes asked who would own the business. and Mr. Erickson would be the owners. Bild replied that he Goedeke inquired about the type of video games. Erickson replied that it would be a mixture of pinball and ten games which would be rotated. Johnson closed the public hearing. stokes stated he was in favor but would be more supportive if the special use permit was issued on a 1 year basis with annual renewals.
