<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, November 2, 1988 <br /> <br />November 2, <br />Commission <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />1988 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />was called to order by Chairperson Pat Johnson at <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Goedeke, Stokes, Maschka, <br />DeBenedet, Berry, Johnson <br /> <br />Moeller, <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Dahlgren, Keel, Jopke, Nisja <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Kehr (liaison) Cushman and Mayor Rog <br /> <br />Johnson discussed the meeting which the Planning Commission had <br />with the Fire Department stating that she felt that it was a very <br />valuable meeting and as a result there will be more interaction <br />between the Planning Commission and the Fire Department. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />DeBenedet stated that the October 12, 1988 minutes should be <br />amended by changing the fourth paragraph from the bottom on Page <br />2 to state that there would be a sufficient quantity of water <br />instead of for water and that the second paragraph from the <br />bottom on Page 10 should be changed to state that he was <br />supportive of the Rec Center. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved and Berry seconded to approve the minutes of the <br />October 12, 1988 Planning Commission as corrected. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, Maschka, <br />Moeller, DeBenedet, Johnson <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Planninq File 1886 <br /> <br />Richard Ward request for a lot division 2655 Matilda Street. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the location and the proposed lot division. <br />
