Dahlgren replied that it is common practice for <br />two people to share a driveway but when you have more than two an <br />association is generally involved for maintenance. <br /> <br />DeBenedet asked if the driveway could be done by easement vs. <br />j oint ownership. Dahlgren responded that j oint ownership is <br />better. <br /> <br />Johnson asked about the history of the proposed development on <br />this site. Haluptzok outlined the developers response to <br />concerns expressed at the neighborhood meeting, summarized the <br />building design, and stated that access to Grandview is important <br />if the project is separated in the future. <br /> <br />Ron Erickson, KKE Architects, stated that there are no plans to <br />separate the two parts of the project in the future but it is <br />important from a lenders standpoint that the two projects can <br />
