Haluptzok outlined the developers response to <br />concerns expressed at the neighborhood meeting, summarized the <br />building design, and stated that access to Grandview is important <br />if the project is separated in the future. <br /> <br />Ron Erickson, KKE Architects, stated that there are no plans to <br />separate the two parts of the project in the future but it is <br />important from a lenders standpoint that the two projects can <br />
