Chris Seigle from Bradford <br />Schools Inc. responded that they are still considering requesting <br />tax increment financing assistance form the City. Johnson <br />stated that it would be important that the developer meet and <br />work out the tax increment financing issues with staff. <br /> <br />Stokes asked if a school could exist under the existing zoning. <br />Dahlgren responded that the school would be permitted under <br />special use permit in the R-3A district. <br /> <br />Stokes inquired if the site is zoned B-1, what controls the City <br />would have over future uses. Dahlgren replied that offices are <br />permitted uses in the B-1 district and that the City could set <br />conditions on approval. <br /> <br />Moeller asked if the town houses would be 3-story in height. <br />Haluptsok replied that they would be 2-1/2 story structures. <br /> <br />Moeller asked if the City allowed garden level town houses. <br />Dahlgren replied that they are allowed but subject to fire code <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Moeller asked if garages would be provided. Erickson replied <br />that garages would be added if the town houses were later sold. <br /> <br />Moeller asked if the code would allow there to be no parking for <br />the dormi tory uni ts.
