Dahlgren outlined the proposal and the proposed <br />phasing. <br /> <br />Keel summarized the City's utilities and traffic concerns. <br /> <br />Chris Seigle testified that Bradford Schools insists upon high <br />quality in its faculty, students, curriculum and facilities. <br />Seigle summarized Bradford School's site selection criteria and <br />why this site is good for them. <br /> <br />Ron Erickson gave an overview of the previous and current <br />proposals. <br /> <br />Stokes inquired if high school traffic had been taken into <br />account in the traffic studies. Erickson indicated that the <br />traffic count numbers were actual counts which would include the <br />high school traffic. Erik Ruehr stated that his firm counted <br />traffic from 1-3 p.m. which included the 2-2:30 peak traffic from <br />the high school. <br /> <br />DeBenedet questioned the style of the town houses and the <br />location of mechanical equipment. Erickson replied that there <br />would be a combination of gable and hip roofs and that there <br />would be no mechanical equipment on the roof or outside the <br />structure except for transformers. <br /> <br />Berry asked if the units would be handicap accessible. Erickson <br />replied that one unit would be designed for handicapped. Berry <br />questioned what signage would be installed on the site. Erickson <br />responded that the signage had not been designed yet but they <br />would work within the City's regulations. <br /> <br />Berry asked what types of trees are being provided and whether or <br />not they would strain the development.
