<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />page# 4 <br /> <br />Wednesday, December 7, 1988 <br /> <br />Leroy Kroschel, 1085 Grandview, pointed out that the Day Care <br />Center that was constructed, was not the same as was approved by <br />the City and wondered if the same thing would happen with this <br />development. Kroschel pointed out that there was landscaping not <br />done and that the air conditioning uni t was outside of the <br />building instead of inside. <br /> <br />Clair Sazma, 1065 Grandview, expressed concern about visitors <br />parking on Grandview Avenue. <br /> <br />Johnson asked if any visitor parking would be provided on the <br />site. <br /> <br />Haluptsok stated that there would be 85 parking stalls on the <br />town house portion of the site and another 225 stalls on the <br />school site available. Haluptsok pointed out that there would <br />be no need for on street parking for their development. Kinzer <br />stated that there would be few over night guests. <br /> <br />Goedeke stated that neighbors should call the school <br />administration to deal with parking from the high school. Keel <br />said that he was aware of the parking problems on B-2 but not <br />aware of any problems on Grandview. Goedeke pointed out that the <br />parking restrictions have been instituted around the school to <br />deal with parking problems. <br /> <br />Keel summarized the process for instituting parking restrictions. <br /> <br />Sazma stated that the problem was with the use of the athletic <br />fields. Goedeke stated that the City can't control that. Berry <br />suggested that Bradford allow the use of their parking facilities <br />for athletic events. <br /> <br />Jim Madden, 1045 Grandview, stated there would be a problem with <br />traffic on Grandview because of the width of the street.
