Johnson commented that the space at the <br />southeast entrance to the site is limited and maybe the building <br />size should be reduced in that area. <br /> <br />Alan Brown stated that he was aware of the concern but that their <br />traffic consultant has advised them that the design should work. <br />Brown said that the signalized intersection is not a given yet <br />but that the center would still go if it was not installed. <br />Brown stated that he was confident that the proposed design would <br />work well physically and aesthetically. <br /> <br />A representative from strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, the traffic <br />consultant for the project, summarized their findings and pointed <br />out that the design should work as proposed. <br /> <br />DeBenedet questioned whether a stop sign would be provided where <br />the entrance drive at the southeast corner of the site meets the <br />main driving aisle on the north side of the building. The <br />traffic consultant responded that there were reasons for <br />requiring the stop sign and reasons not to have it. Dahlberg <br />pointed out that the most current drawing shows a three way stop <br />at that location. <br /> <br />The traffic consultant stated that they should review what impact <br />the stop sign might have on Fairview Avenue. <br /> <br />DeBenedet questioned how much stacking space would be provided <br />in the entrance drive. The traffic consultant replied that there <br />would be stacking for 8-10 vehicles. <br /> <br />Goedeke asked about the shops on the east end of the building. <br />Dahlberg responded that there would be 2400 sq. feet of. small <br />convenience shops. <br /> <br />Goedeke stated his concern that it didn't look <br />condition. Dahlberg replied that he was confident <br />work well.
