Goedeke stated the concern <br />about additional restaurants being provided in the main building. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, <br />February 1, 1989 <br />unresolved issues. <br /> <br />Goedeke seconded to continue this item to <br />to allow the developer and staff to address <br /> <br />Moeller questioned how the developer would resol ve the access <br />location with Rosedale. Dahlberg responded that they will work <br />with Rosedale to finalize the location and that the development <br />would proceed with or without the design. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Maschka, Moeller, DeBenedet, Berry, <br />Goedeke, Stokes, Johnson <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />Stokes asked if there had been any problems with the inspections <br />at Motel 6. Staff responded that they didn't believe there was <br />but they would check into the matter further. <br /> <br />Adiournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 10:58 <br />p.m. <br />
