That handicap accessibility improvements be made to provide <br />proper access to the theatre. <br /> <br />16. That the development be constructed in accordance with the <br />plans dated 12-29-88 submitted to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />17. That there be no access to the site from the frontage road <br />at the northeast corner of the site. <br /> <br />18. That shopping center management provide adequate security <br />measures during business hours as recommended by the Police <br />Chief. <br /> <br />19. That the developer be required to expand the parking ramp in <br />the future if parking is inadequate. <br /> <br />stokes asked for clarification on the security requirement. <br />Berry stated that there needs to be flexibility in the condition <br />to allow the developer to deal with all possibilities. <br />
