Review of final landscape plans and provisions for screening <br />and in consultation with the effected land owners, that <br />landscaping and a fence not more than 10 feet in height be <br />provided along the north property line contiguous to the <br />residential properties. <br /> <br />8. That an additional 7-1/2 feet of right of way is dedicated <br />for County Road B-2. <br /> <br />9. Sidewalks are constructed on County Road B-2 and sidewalks <br />are constructed from American Street to the new access north <br />of County Road B-2. <br /> <br />10. That delivery times to the center be limited to between the <br />hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. <br /> <br />11. Approval of resolutions vacating portions of Brooks Avenue, <br />Frye street and Bruce Avenue. <br /> <br />12. Approval of preliminary plat subject to Engineering staff <br />approval of all utilities, installation, and removal and <br />other Engineering details. <br /> <br />13. That the materials of the ramp be consistent with the <br />exterior materials of main building. <br /> <br />14. That screening walls of dumpsters and service areas be not <br />less than 10 feet high and constructed of materials similar <br />to the materials of the buildings. <br /> <br />15. That handicap accessibility improvements be made to provide <br />proper access to the theatre. <br /> <br />16. That the development be constructed in accordance with the <br />plans dated 12-29-88 submitted to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />17. That there be no access to the site from the frontage road <br />at the northeast corner of the site. <br /> <br />18. That shopping center management provide adequate security <br />measures during business hours as recommended by the Police <br />Chief. <br /> <br />19. That the developer be required to expand the parking ramp in <br />the future if parking is inadequate. <br /> <br />stokes asked for clarification on the security requirement. <br />Berry stated that there needs to be flexibility in the condition <br />to allow the developer to deal with all possibilities. <br />
