<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />page#15 <br /> <br />Wednesday, February 1, 1989 <br /> <br />not take final action on this change until such time as Ramsey <br />County has approved the proposed additional access to the site <br />from County Road B-2. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Moeller, DeBenedet, Berry, <br />Stokes, Maschka, Johnson <br /> <br />Goedeke, <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Berry moved and DeBenedet seconded to recommend approval of <br />rezoning from R-1 to S-C. The Commission further recommended <br />that the Council not take final action on this rezoning until <br />such time as Ramsey County has approved the proposed the <br />additional access to the site from County Road B-2. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Moeller, DeBenedet, Berry, <br />Stokes, Maschka, Johnson <br /> <br />Goedeke, <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved and Berry seconded that the Planning commission <br />recommend approval of the special use permit for a planned unit <br />development, preliminary and final plat, variance to the amount <br />of parking, parking size stall requirements, and vacation of <br />right of way subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That an additional access is provided from County Road B-2 <br />by Ramsey County as proposed. <br /> <br />2. Approval is obtained for the use of the land for such access <br />from the owners of Rosedale (Equitable Life). <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That vacation <br />approved by <br />approximately <br />drawings. <br /> <br />of the existing service road right of way be <br />the state and the City of Roseville at <br />40 feet of width as indicated on the PUD <br /> <br />4. American Street is vacated as a public right of way subject <br />to the appropriate easements and approvals of the effective <br />property owners. <br /> <br />5. Approval of a final drainage plan by the City and the Rice <br />Creek Watershed district relating to the diversion of <br />drainage to the City's facilities east of Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />6. Review of grading, utilities and streets by the Engineering <br />Staff. <br />
