<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />page# 8 <br /> <br />Wednesday, April 5, 1989 <br /> <br />DeBenedet stated that he was not comfortable with the concept of <br />the pedestrian easement and that an alternative might be for the <br />city to have a purchase option to buy the easement if it is <br />necessary in the future. The suggested amendment was not <br />adopted. <br /> <br />Stokes pointed out that the city would already have the utility <br />easement. <br /> <br />Maschka added that it would put a cloud on the title. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Goedeke, Maschka, DeBenedet, Johnson <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Stokes <br /> <br />Planninq File 1930 <br /> <br />Paul Kysylyczyn request for a lot division 3083 victoria street. <br /> <br />stokes moved and DeBenedet seconded to continue consideration of <br />this matter until May 3, 1989 because the applicant was not <br />present. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Goedeke, Stokes, Maschka, DeBenedet, <br />Johnson <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />Johnson called the Commission's attention to a meeting which <br />would be held at 7:30 p.m. on April 11th to brainstorm possible <br />reuse scenarios for the Concordia School site. <br /> <br />Johnson reminded the Commissioners of the April 12th retreat at <br />the Comfort Inn. <br /> <br />Johnson informed the Commission that Commissioner Berry was not <br />in attendance tonight because she had recently become a <br />grandparent and was in Duluth assisting her daughter. <br /> <br />Ad;ournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8: 45 <br />p.m. <br />
