<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />pagei18 <br /> <br />Wednesday, May 3, 1989 <br /> <br />Berry stated that it was the intent of the Planning Commission to <br />insure neat appearance of businesses and was not attack on <br />hardware stores. It was the intent to keep order with reasonable <br />restrictions and not an attempt to make money. <br /> <br />Goedeke stated a concern that Rosepointe is not fulfilling their <br />original plan because the existing garages were not taken down. <br /> <br />Kehr stated that he agreed with Goedeke and that the problem is <br />that there is insufficient inspection staff to insure things are <br />followed up on. <br /> <br />Jopke stated that he will investigate the situation and report <br />back to the Commission. <br /> <br />Nancy Reiter expressed concern that Target had not done what it <br />was supposed to do to correct drainage problems at their site. <br /> <br />Berry said that staff should also look at tree conditions and <br />trailer storage on the site also. Berry also stated the problem <br />with trash at Har Mar and stated that the City has lost <br />credibility and citizens say it doesn't do any good to contact <br />the City about their problems. <br /> <br />Kehr stated that with the new City Manager coming on board, he <br />hoped that the City can now jump forward. <br /> <br />Ad;ournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 11:15 <br />p.m. <br />
