That 10 feet of right of way be dedicated along victoria <br />Street. <br />2. That all required assessments be paid. <br />3. Croix <br />Street. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the location and the proposed lot division. <br /> <br />Keel pointed out that sanitary sewers stubs were in place, that <br />there would be assessments due, and that the final drainage plan <br />would need to be reviewed at the time that a building permit is <br />applied for. <br /> <br />James Greenstein, an attorney representing the applicant, <br />appeared to answer any questions and apologize for not being <br />present at the previous month meeting. Greenstein stated that he <br />had no notice of the previous meeting date. <br /> <br />No citizens appeared concerning this matter. <br /> <br />Johnson closed the public hearing. <br />
