<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Paget 3 <br /> <br />Wednesday, May 3, 1989 <br /> <br />Berry moved and Maschka seconded to recommend approval of the <br />proposed lot division at 2185 st. Croix Street with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That all required assessments be paid. <br />2. That a grading plan be submitted for staff approval along <br />with a building permit application. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Berry, Goedeke, Maschka, DeBenedet, <br />Stokes, Johnson <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Berry asked for clarification on notice public notice provided on <br />this case. <br /> <br />Johnson stated that she had discussed the matter with staff who <br />indicated that notice had been sent. Johnson apologized for the <br />mix up on the notice and suggested that staff should consider <br />sending notice to applicants by registered mail. <br /> <br />Planninq File 1926 <br /> <br />Gordie Howe request for preliminary plat approval at 2025 <br />Roselawn Avenue. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the history of the site, site location, and <br />the proposed plat. <br /> <br />Keel stated that there was no right of way needed, and summarized <br />drainage, water line, and sanitary sewer requirements. <br /> <br />Gordie Howe commented on the change in the plat, stated that the <br />existing garage on the Rice property would be relocated and <br />stated that he supported the construction of a water line to loop <br />the system but would only be responsible for the costs of the <br />portion of the line on his property. <br /> <br />Maschka asked if this would be a public street and if the Fire <br />Marshal had approved the design of the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />Keel responded that it would be a public street and that the size <br />of the cul-de-sac met the City's minimum requirements. <br /> <br />Goedeke asked if there would be any sanitary sewer elevation <br />problems and if a lift station would be required. <br />
