<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />page'12 <br /> <br />Wednesday, September 6, 1989 <br /> <br />DeBenedet asked how trash is handled and if it was screened. <br />Schneider replied that there was a dumpster in the rear that was <br />not screened. <br /> <br />Johnson asked how to condition approval to this plan and how to <br />allow some expansion. <br /> <br />Dahlgren stated that the conditions were outlined in the staff <br />report which included restricting advertising and ensuring that <br />parking provided is proportioned to the space leased within the <br />structure. <br /> <br />Johnson closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Schneider stated that he would not want to see a number <br />restriction on the potential expansion. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Goedeke seconded to recommend approval of the <br />special use permit for vehicle sales at 1901 Oakcrest with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That a portion of the total parking accommodations utilized <br />by the dealership for vehicles for sale, visitor and <br />employee parking shall be proportional to the space leased <br />within the structure. <br /> <br />2. That there will be no advertising sign offering new or used <br />vehicles for sale. <br /> <br />3. That the special use permit for the use as described be <br />September 6, 1989 planning report and the narrative <br />statement from Electro Van Lift, Inc. dated July 18, 1989. <br /> <br />4.
