<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, December 6, 1989 <br /> <br />The December 6 , <br />Commission was <br />7:32 P.M. <br /> <br />1989 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />called to order by Chairperson Pat Johnson at <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Wietecki, DeBenedet, Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, <br />Johnson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Maschka <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Dahlgren, Keel, Jopke, Waldron, Burrell <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Berry stated that the word troweled on page 16 was incorrectly <br />spelled. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved and wietecki seconded that the minutes of the <br />November 1, 1989 Planning Commission minutes be approved as <br />corrected. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Wietecki, DeBenedet, <br />Stokes, Johnson <br /> <br />Berry, <br /> <br />Goedeke, <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Planninq File 1990 <br /> <br />Ashland oil request for parking setback and number of parking <br />stall variances at 1925 Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />Jopke explained that the applicant has a tentative agreement <br />wi th the adj acent property owner concerning the property line <br />dispute.
