Dahlgren replied that the <br />permit was issued on the fact that the owner had three lots. <br /> <br />steven Ahlgren stated that Mr. Miller had purchased two lots and <br />that the permi ts were obtained based on that fact. Ahlgren <br />summarized the proposed lot division and the location of the new <br />property line. <br /> <br />Goedeke questioned the need for additional right-of-way along <br />Roselawn.
