County Road C2. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the location of the site, the history of <br />development on the site, and the variance request. <br /> <br />Keel stated that the existing drainage works well on the site and <br />that there would be no need for additional storm sewer work on <br />the site. <br /> <br />Clifford Lund stated that there was curbing provided around the <br />church itself but requested a variance to the requirement that <br />curbing be added around the perimeter at this time. Lund pointed <br />out that if they had known about the requirement, they would have <br />handled the project differently. Lund stated that they would <br />like to not have to provide the curbing or to have a five to six <br />year time frame to provide it so that they could set up a budget <br />to raise the money needed to provide the curbing. <br /> <br />Jopke read the City's action at the King of Kings Church allowing <br />them to not provide perimeter curbing for a five year period or <br />until a major improvement is handled. <br /> <br />Berry stated that she was troubled by the fact that contractors <br />keep doing work without permits. Berry stated that some type of <br />contractor notification should be required. Johnson stated that <br />the Commission could talk to Craig Waldron later about potential <br />solutions. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved, Berry seconded to recommend Council approval of <br />the variances allowing a deferral of curbing requirements until <br />
