DeBenedet stated that he believed the 9-1/2 foot dedication was a part of the previous proposal. Keel replied that it was not taken care of as part of the previous proposal. Juris curiskis reviewed the existing buildingsf parking changesf proposed landscaping, and the proposed exterior changes including the painting of the walls on the west side to organize the elements. Johnson questioned what was meant by organizing the elements. Curiskis replied that a better appearance would be achieved through providing uniform color bands on and around the pipes and conduit on the building to provide organization. Curiskis summarized the proposed trash enclosure and lighting on the site. Wietecki questioned the number of entrances. curiskis stated that there would be multiple entrances with a entrance feature for the maj or tenant. curiskis added that the nature of the other tenants was not known at this time but that some accent to their entrances could be provided in the future. Johnson asked for clarification on how entrances would be handled.
