Keel replied that it was not <br />taken care of as part of the previous proposal. <br /> <br />Juris curiskis reviewed the existing buildingsf parking changesf <br />proposed landscaping, and the proposed exterior changes including <br />the painting of the walls on the west side to organize the <br />elements. <br /> <br />Johnson questioned what was meant by organizing the elements. <br />Curiskis replied that a better appearance would be achieved <br />through providing uniform color bands on and around the pipes and <br />conduit on the building to provide organization. Curiskis <br />summarized the proposed trash enclosure and lighting on the site. <br /> <br />Wietecki questioned the number of entrances. curiskis stated <br />that there would be multiple entrances with a entrance feature <br />for the maj or tenant. curiskis added that the nature of the <br />other tenants was not known at this time but that some accent to <br />their entrances could be provided in the future. <br /> <br />Johnson asked for clarification on how entrances would be <br />handled. <br />
