<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, January 3, 1990 <br /> <br />The January 3, <br />Commission was <br />7:33 P.M. <br /> <br />1990 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />called to order by Chairperson Pat Johnson at <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />DeBenedet, Goedeke, wietecki, Berry, Johnson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />stokes <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Dahlgren, Keel, Jopke, Root <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Johnson, Thomas (Council elect) <br /> <br />A{>proval of Minutes <br /> <br />DeBenedet stated that <br />Roseville Properties <br />dedication prior to <br />Commission. <br /> <br />the minutes need to corrected to state that <br />needs to submit a 9.5 feet right-of-way <br />further consideration by the Planning <br /> <br />Goedeke moved and DeBenedet seconded to approve the minutes of <br />the December 6, 1989 Planning Commission meeting as corrected. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />DeBenedet, Goedeke, wietecki, <br />Johnson <br /> <br />Berry, <br /> <br />Nays: <br />Planning File 2027 <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Liberty Rosewood Limited Partnership request for a sign variance <br />at 2750 victoria Street. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the location and history of the proposed sign <br />and the proposed sign variance. Dahlgren pointed out that the <br />variance would seem to be appropriate in conjunction with other <br />variances that have been granted for the proposal with the <br />condition that the lights for the sign not be located within the <br />pUblic right-of-way that the light wattage be reduced from 500 to <br />300 watts. <br /> <br />Paul Madsen, Vice President of AEA Inc. was present and passed <br />around pictures of the sign to commission members. <br />
