<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />page'10 <br /> <br />Wednesday, January 3, 1990 <br /> <br />Johnson stated that the case of Gateway was different because it <br />concerned residents looking out their windows at the backside of <br />the building. <br /> <br />Berry stated her concern of people entering the city to go to the <br />Post Office and seeing the back of the building on County Road B- <br />2 and Prior Avenue. <br /> <br />Wietecki stressed that time limits need to be set and a <br />reasonable amount of time must be decided. <br /> <br />Johnson suggested that everyone think about this issue of <br />building renovations and discuss how they feel about it at the <br />next meeting during the design standard discussions. <br /> <br />Berry stated that the use of paper by the City should be cut down <br />by the printing on both sides. Berry stated that recycling is <br />very important. <br /> <br />Goedeke stated that the Roseville Properties presentation was not <br />satisfactory and felt uncomfortable about it. Goedeke said he <br />felt they left many questions unanswered. <br /> <br />Dahlgren stated that the Roseville Properties report came in on <br />Friday and was expected on Wednesday. Dahlgren stated that staff <br />was also frustrated. <br /> <br />Goedeke commented that the Roseville Properties drawings were too <br />far away to examine. <br /> <br />wietecki questioned if there are procedures to send back <br />incomplete proposals. Dahlgren commented that the trick is to <br />not accept proposals for processing until complete. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:56 <br />p.m. <br />
