Dahlgren commented <br />that requirement is 10 feet and this would be 6 feet. <br /> <br />David Fueth, owner of a contiguous property, commented that the <br />legal notice had the correct legal description but incorrectly <br />identified the property as 1275 W. Burke. <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved and Goedeke seconded to continue this item to the <br />February meeting because the applicant was not present.
