He <br />stressed that they are looking for a large volume user that would <br />require a large amount of storage space and less parking. He <br />stated that the unused space would total 24,000 square feet and <br />they would be seeking two separate users for this. <br /> <br />Curiskis called attention to the change of trees and handicap <br />ramps in the plans. <br /> <br />Berry asked what colors were planned for the stucco, ribbed metal <br />material and walls of trash area. Curiskis stated that <br />Schneidermann is picking the color of the metal and believes it <br />is a maroon or earthtone and the stucco will be off-white. <br /> <br />Goedeke asked how high the trash screen walls will be. Curiskis <br />explained that they would be 8 feet high. <br /> <br />DeBenedet stated that he had a concern with the appearance of the <br />canopy and wanted to be sure that you could not see the back of <br />the canopy while viewing it from the back of the building. <br />Goedeke asked where the heating and cooling equipment was <br />located. If on the roof, will they show and will screening be <br />used. Commers pointed out that the heating and cooling equipment <br />is located on the roof. They are hardly seen.
