That the development be completed per plans submitted 12/29/89. 2. That a development agreement and surety be provided to guarantee performance. 3. That dedication of right-of-way occur before Council action. 4. Consistent exterior finish be provided on all sides of the building on or before June 1, 1992 or when the balance of the building is leased, whichever is first. 5. That no roofing mechanical units to be visible from the ground. 6. That all trash handling to be enclosed in the building. 7. That staff review final landscaping, lighting and drainage plans. 8. That exterior colors be reviewed by the Council. 9. That at such time as the City determines that a parking problem exists, the owner shall be required to provide addi tional parking north of the building as shown on the plans submitted 12/29/89. Roll Call: (for Special use and variance) Ayes: DeBenedet, Wietecki, Berry, Johnson Nays: Goedeke Berry questioned what method there was for enforcing the stucco on the northwest corner. Dahlgren stated that if it isn't done, the City can revoke the special use permit and go to court. Jopke stated that the city has a new computer system to issue permits. Dates will show up when they come due. DeBenedet moved and wietecki seconded to continue sign in February.
