<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, February 21, 1990 <br /> <br />The February 21, 1990 special meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission was called to order by Chairperson Pat Johnson at <br />7:05 P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Berry, Wietecki, DeBenedet, Goedeke, Johnson, <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Stokes <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Dahlgren, Keel, Root <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Cushman <br /> <br />Discussion concerning ordinance changes to implement design <br />standards. <br /> <br />Dahlgren reviewed outline to the point where the discussion left <br />off at the February 7, 1990 regular Planning Commission meeting <br />with the site plan review options. <br /> <br />Dahlgren reviewed the plans of <br />application review process. He <br />through and some suggestions, <br />contributed. <br /> <br />cutting out a week in the <br />suggested that these be gone <br />guidance and direction be <br /> <br />Dahlgren reviewed outline of design recommendations that had <br />previously been discussed at the February 7, 1990 regular <br />meeting. He stated that the February 7, 1990 regular meeting <br />ended with site plan review options. Dahlgren listed the <br />following as options that had been called to attention at the <br />previous meeting: <br /> <br />Not require referral <br />change meeting date of Planning Commission <br />cutting down 2-1/2 week review period to about 1/2 week <br />(problem with this is the short amount of time for <br />staff to complete review and mailings) <br /> <br />Dahlgren suggested that each section of the outline be reviewed <br />and followed by questions, suggestions, guidance, and direction. <br /> <br />Dahlgren reviewed performance standards. <br /> <br />Dahlgren listed the following as ingredients of a site plan: <br />
