Planting vegetation around the base of the <br />building can hide this. <br /> <br />Wietecki stated that he likes courten and is not sure how to <br />incorporate it into the design standards. <br /> <br />DeBenedet stated that we ought to allow the use of courten. <br /> <br />Wietecki questioned item 2 under Buildinq Design and <br />Construction. It states that all subsequent addition, exterior <br />alterations, and accessory buildings constructed after the <br />erection of an original building or buildings shall be of the <br />same as those used in the original building and shall be designed <br />in a manner conforming to the original architectural concept and <br />general appearance. <br /> <br />Wietecki questioned what <br />the whole outside of a <br />material to change the <br />material to conform. <br /> <br />to do if there is a request to change <br />building.
