<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, April 4, 1990 <br /> <br />The April 4, 1990 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission was called to order by Chairperson Pat Johnson at <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, Roberts, Wietecki, <br />Johnson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />DeBenedet <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Dahlgren, Keel, Jopke, Nisja, Root <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Thomas (liaison), Rog <br /> <br />Johnson reviewed the general procedure for applicants. <br /> <br />ADDroval of Minutes <br /> <br />Goedeke stated that he had made a suggestion that Ashland oil <br />move the existing driveway on the south side of the property <br />further west. Goedeke would like this added to page 10 of the <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Berry stated <br />paragraph 3. <br /> <br />that a correction should be made on page 6, <br />It should read "addition to the existing building." <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Goedeke moved and Berry seconded to approve the minutes, as <br />amended, of the 3/7/90 regular meeting of the Planning Commission <br />as corrected. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, Roberts, Johnson <br /> <br />Nayes: None <br /> <br />Abstain: Wietecki <br /> <br />Planninq File 2055 <br /> <br />Church of st.
