<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />wednesday, April 18, 1990 <br /> <br />The April 18, <br />Commission was <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />1990 special meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />called to order by Chairperson Pat Johnson at <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, Roberts, Wietecki, <br />Johnson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />DeBenedet <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Dahlgren, Keel, Jopke, Alleva, Ruettimann, <br />Root <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Thomas (liaison), Rog <br /> <br />Planninq File 1922 <br /> <br />Welsh Companies, Inc. request for approval of amendments to <br />conditions attached to previously approved special use permit for <br />PUD at the northwest corner of County Road B2 and Snelling <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />Johnson reviewed the status of this request from the regular <br />meeting of the Planning Commission on April 4, 1990. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Dahlgren summarized the site location and the proposed project. <br />Dahlgren stated that they have proposed to amend the following 4 <br />of the 19 conditions relating to: <br /> <br />1. The vacation of America Street <br />2. Restrictions of times for snow removal, deliveries, <br />sweeping, and trash pickup. <br />3. The design of the parking ramp. <br />4. The location, height, and design of the screen wall. <br /> <br />Dahlgren added that there are 5 pipelines within the easement of <br />the berm owned by Pavilion Place. <br /> <br />Dunn stated that one of the maj or issues relating to del i very <br />times has been resolved with Rainbow. <br /> <br />Dunn stated that the other issues he would like to address are; <br />the materials used on the top of the ramp, the height of the <br />
