<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, May 2, 1990 <br /> <br />The May 2, 1990 Regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission was called to order by Chairperson Pat Johnson at <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, Roberts, Wietecki, <br />DeBenedet, Johnson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Keel, Jopke, Root <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Thomas (liaison), Cushman joined at 8:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Berry stated that on page 3 of the April 4, 1990 minutes, the <br />motion for Planning File 2055 st. Rose of Lima was omitted from <br />the minutes and should be included. The motion should read that <br />Berry moved and Goedeke seconded to approve the variance to <br />parking setback and curb requirements with the recommendation <br />that st. Rose of Lima work out the details with staff to bring <br />their parking lot up to code within the next five years. <br /> <br />Berry added that Peterson should read Pederson on pages 12 and <br />15. <br /> <br />Berry stated that the title of Neil Scott on page 7 <br />minutes should be investigated and corrected if needed. <br />suggested that he may be a manager of the property and <br />owner. <br /> <br />of the <br />Berry <br />not an <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Goedeke moved and Berry seconded to approve the April 4, 1990 <br />minutes as corrected. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Berry, Goedeke, <br />Wietecki, Johnson <br /> <br />Stokes, <br /> <br />Roberts, <br /> <br />Abstain: DeBenedet <br /> <br />None: None <br />
