<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, June 6, 1990 <br /> <br />The June 6, 1990 Regular meeting of the Rosevi11e Planning <br />Commission was called to order by Chairperson Pat Johnson at <br />7:31 P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Stokes, Roberts, DeBenedet, wietecki, Berry, <br />Goedeke, Johnson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Shardlow, Keel, Jopke <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Thomas (liaison), Cushman <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Berry moved and Goedeke seconded to approve the May 2, 1990 <br />Planning Commission minutes. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Stokes, Roberts, DeBenedet, Wietecki, <br />Berry, Goedeke, Johnson <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Plannina File 2057 <br /> <br />North Heights Hardware request for approval of a Special Use <br />Permit for exterior display of merchandise at 2611 Rice Street. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Shardlow highlighted the location of the site and summarized the <br />revised outside storage and display of merchandise proposed at <br />North Heights Hardware. <br /> <br />Jim Schwalbach stated that he believed the revised proposal meant <br />all the questions and concerns that the Commission expressed at <br />the previous meeting. <br /> <br />Johnson stated that she was pleased with the resolution of the <br />previous issues. <br />
