<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, July 11, 1990 <br /> <br />The July 11, 1990 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />commission was called to order by Acting Chairperson Stokes at <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Berry, Stokes, Roberts, Wietecki, DeBenedet, <br />Johnson <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Goedeke <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Keel, Jopke, Hasek, Carlson <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Thomas (Liaison) <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />The approval of the April 18, 1990 Minutes were tabled to August <br />1st, 1990. <br /> <br />DeBenedet pointed out that in the June 6, 1990 minutes, Ken <br />Schwalbach should read Jim Schwalbach. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Berry moved and DeBenedet seconded to approve the June 6, 1990 <br />minutes as corrected. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: Berry, DeBenedet, Roberts, Stokes <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Planninq File 2059 <br /> <br />Super America request for a special use permit for outside <br />storage and merchandising at 2785 Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Jopke announced that Super America requested this matter be <br />tabled until next month so that they may construct and test <br />asphalt curb ramps. They will report at the August 1, 1990 <br />Planning commission meeting. <br />
