<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Page 15 <br /> <br />Wednesday, July 11, 1990 <br /> <br />Other Business <br /> <br />Hasek presented John Shardlow's comments on the ordinance <br />amendment to allow marinas as a special use in an R-1 district. <br />The Commission continued discussion of this matter until 6: 45 <br />p.m. on August 1, 1990. At that time John Shardlow will review <br />the concept of a PUD with the Commission. <br /> <br />Berry and Johnson stated that Shardlow had done a good job on the <br />amendment change. <br /> <br />The follow up to the Commission retreat was scheduled for August <br />15th at 7:00 P.M. The meeting was scheduled for 2 1/2 hours. <br />DeBenedet suggested that a reminder notice and background packet <br />be sent to the Commission members. <br /> <br />A Special Meeting was scheduled for Wednesday July 18th at 5:00 <br />P.M. to look at the Concordia Presentation. <br /> <br />Berry stated that she was troubled that these meetings were held <br />outside normal meeting times. <br /> <br />Ad;ournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adj ourned at <br />11:00 P.M. <br />
