<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, August 1, 1990 <br /> <br />The August 1, <br />Commission was <br />P.M. <br /> <br />1990 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />called to order by Chairperson Johnson at 6: 45 <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Berry, DeBenedet, Goedeke, Johnson, Roberts, <br />Stokes, Wietecki, <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Keel, Jopke, Shardlow, Carlson <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />Thomas (Liaison) <br /> <br />Special Presentation <br /> <br />Shardlow made a presentation on Planned unit Developments (PUDs). <br />Shardlow explained what PUDs are and presented a model PUD <br />Ordinance and agreement. <br /> <br />wietecki questioned whether the city can deny a PUD even though <br />the developer states that they meet all the requirements in the <br />enabling legislation. Shardlow stated that a PUD can be denied <br />more easily if it requires a legislative action such as a <br />rezoning.
