<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Page 13 <br /> <br />Wednesday, August 1, 1990 <br /> <br />to commercial versus single family residential development. <br /> <br />Berry stated that people don't want multi-family in the city even <br />though the city doesn't have to pay any of those revenues to <br />fiscal disparities. <br /> <br />Berry stated that the signing of the Disabilities Bill will <br />effect how planning agencies look at multi-family housing. Berry <br />stated that stricter guidelines will be imposed. <br /> <br />DeBenedet stated that erosion control is a big problem in <br />Roseville, that is why he included it in the last lot split. <br />DeBenedet stated that it is partly a result of Roseville not <br />having much undeveloped land but land that can be redeveloped. <br /> <br />Goedeke stated that the building on County Road C-2 and Long <br />Lake Road hasn't complied with the conditions set down by the <br />Planning Commission 1 1/2 years ago. Johnson stated that the <br />Commissions recommendations weren't approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />Keel stated that Ramsey County has produced a model erosion <br />control ordinance.
