Jopke <br />stated that the subject was the process of LRT land use <br />coordination. Jopke stated that the forum would outline the <br />planning process. Johnson stated that it might be valuable. <br /> <br />Johnson informed the Commission that the special Planning <br />Commission meeting had been changed from the Comfort Inn to the <br />Holiday Inn. <br /> <br />Stokes commented on the tax ratings that just came out placing <br />Roseville 9th out of 94 municipalities. stokes commented that <br />the city should strive for 94th place. Stokes questioned whether <br />the School District or Tax Increment Financing had anything to do <br />with the City's rating. <br /> <br />wietecki stated that he wanted information at the planning <br />retreat on fiscal disparities and what the city pays in regards <br />
