Hess hoped it wouldn't be removed until the construction of the new house. MOTION DeBenedet moved and Berry seconded to reconsider the motion. That the fence, which is located within the McCarrons Street right-of-way at the southeast corner of the site be removed at the time a building permit is issued for the construction of the house on Tract B. Jopke stated that the subject was the process of LRT land use coordination. Jopke stated that the forum would outline the planning process. Johnson stated that it might be valuable. Johnson informed the Commission that the special Planning Commission meeting had been changed from the Comfort Inn to the Holiday Inn. Stokes commented on the tax ratings that just came out placing Roseville 9th out of 94 municipalities. stokes commented that the city should strive for 94th place. Stokes questioned whether the School District or Tax Increment Financing had anything to do with the City's rating. wietecki stated that he wanted information at the planning retreat on fiscal disparities and what the city pays in regards
