<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 1990 <br /> <br />The November 7, 1990 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />commission was called to order by chairperson Pat Johnson at 7:30 <br />P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Berry, DeBenedet, Goedeke, Johnson, Roberts, <br />Stokes, wietecki <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Keel, Jopke, Shardlow, Carlson, <br /> <br />Council Present: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />Roberts stated that on page six of the October minutes, the <br />phrase that "wasn't was" before the Commission be changed to that <br />"wasn't what was" before the Commission. <br /> <br />Roberts also stated that under Planning File 2153 he had made a <br />statement that "it is the Commissions role to make an <br />interpretation of proposals and determine if they are consistent <br />with policy, whether it be stated in the comprehensive plan or <br />adopted policy." Roberts asked that this statement be included <br />in the October Minutes. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Berry moved and Goedeke seconded to approve the October 7, 1990 <br />minutes as corrected. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Berry, Roberts, Stokes, Goedeke, <br />Johnson, Wietecki <br /> <br />Nayes: None <br /> <br />Abstain: DeBenedet <br /> <br />Planninq File 2164 <br /> <br />Steve and Trottie Zeece request for preliminary and final plat <br />approval at 202 W.
