Shardlow stated no. <br /> <br />Wietecki stated that if the applicant had stated that if the <br />pylon signs would remain unchanged from the approved plan the <br />Commission could approve the request. County Rd. D. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Shardlow presented the request. Shardlow stated that variances <br />were granted in 1971 for parking lot and garage setbacks. <br />Shardlow pointed out that the existing rear setback of the <br />apartment building is only 25 feet and needs a 5 foot variance. <br />No hardship is present and if this site is ever redeveloped that <br />variance would not transfer to the redevelopment. <br /> <br />Palmer who represents the apartment management stated that the <br />building was built in the 60's and his group bought it in 1978. <br />They want to refinance the building and the bank found the <br />discrepancy. Palmer stated that they were here to rectify a <br />
