Shardlow replied that the proposed capital <br />improvement program should be reviewed against the current <br />comprehensive plan. Once the comprehensive plan is reviewed, <br />any future capital improvement programs will be reviewed against <br />that document. <br /> <br />Burrell summarized what the capital improvement program is, the <br />process used to develop it and the items of significance to the <br />comprehensive plan. <br /> <br />Berry questioned whether park projects included the funds <br />received from park dedication. <br /> <br />Burrell responded that the plan does not include that as a <br />revenue source because it is difficult to determine how much it <br />will bring in. <br /> <br />Berry questioned what the pool repair proj ect was. <br />answered that it was repairs to the wading pool. <br /> <br />Burrell <br /> <br />stokes questioned if there was some language missing on page 6. <br />Burrell reviewed the language on page 6. <br /> <br />Stokes questioned why we were high compared to other cities. <br /> <br />Burrell pointed out that the tax increment financing is <br />proceeding well and there are no problems like are being <br />experienced in Minneapolis and st. Paul. <br />
