<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 1991 <br /> <br />The February 13, 1991 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />commission was called to order by Chairperson Pat Johnson at 7:33 <br />P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Wietecki, Roberts, Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, <br />Johnson, <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />DeBenedet <br /> <br />Staff Present: <br /> <br />Keel, Jopke, Shardlow <br /> <br />council Present: <br /> <br />Thomas (Liaison), Rog <br /> <br />Apt>roval of Minutes <br /> <br />Berry pointed out that there was a typographical error on the top <br />of page 3. 8.5 should be changed to 85. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Stokes moved and Roberts seconded to approve the minutes of the <br />December 5, 1990 meeting as corrected. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Roberts, Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, <br />Johnson <br /> <br />Nayes: None <br /> <br />Abstain: wietecki <br /> <br />Planninq File 2193 <br /> <br />Meam Properties Inc. request for approval of a preliminary and <br />final plat and special use permit for motor vehicle related use <br />at 2330 County Road C. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Shardlow gave the background on Systems Control and on the State <br />of Minnesota vehicle emissions testing requirements. Shardlow <br />highlighted the Systems Control proposal. Shardlow pointed out <br />how the issues, which were identified in the report from the <br />December 5, 1990 meeting, had been addressed. <br /> <br />Shardlow discussed the proposed free standing sign and indicated <br />that, as presented, a variance would be required. Shardlow <br />suggested that consideration of the sign variance be delayed and <br />that the city consider amending its ordinance to allow the sign <br />as proposed. <br />
