Rog questioned whether or not all neighbors wanted the <br />solid fence. Rog indicated that the Planning Commission should <br />pass the issue along to the Council and let them deal with the <br />fence issue. Rog pointed out that the applicant has not done <br />anything wrong. <br /> <br />Goedeke stated that Ross has been a great improvement. Goedeke <br />stated that he didn't see the original plan and wants to see the <br />original landscape plan. <br /> <br />Ross stated that if there are questions, they will address the <br />issues but he was confused with the tie in to the present <br />application. <br /> <br />Roberts stated that he would vote against the tabling and that <br />the Planning Commission should move the issue along while they <br />have a willing applicant. Roberts stated that the Planning <br />commission does not have much leverage to negotiate. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Wietecki, Berry, Goedeke, Stokes, <br />Johnson <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />Roberts <br /> <br />Johnson stated that the applicant should provide the additional <br />information at the next Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Ross stated that everything is already a part of City records. <br /> <br />Johnson then stated that it would be up to staff to provide the <br />information. <br /> <br />Pedersen requested that the ci ty request the original artist <br />drawings from the applicant. <br /> <br />Planninq File 2201 <br /> <br />Richard Gay request for sign setback variance at 2211 Hamline <br />Avenue. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Shard10w summarized the proposal, and stated that staff has not <br />seen a hardship demonstrated. <br /> <br />wietecki questioned if a monument sign could now have a 15 foot <br />setback. <br />
