Gay pointed out that the 5 foot base was <br />necessary because of an adjacent electrical box. <br /> <br />Shard10w clarified that no action would be necessary if the sign <br />was redesigned to meet the definition of a ground sign. <br /> <br />Gay indicated that he would withdraw his application and redesign <br />the sign to meet the ground sign definition. <br /> <br />Planninq File 2198 <br /> <br />Arthur Mueller request for vacation of a portion of a drainage <br />easement at 2221 and 2223 Ferris Lane. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Shardlow summarized the proposed vacation. <br /> <br />Roberts questioned why the easement was needed. Shardlow <br />responded that originally it was an area for storm water <br />drainage. Shardlow pointed out that an asbuil t survey showed <br />encroachment of structures into the easement area.
