Gerster explained the proposed parking <br />changes, pointing out that there would be three less parking <br />spaces eliminated so that the proposal would continue to meet <br />parking requirements. <br /> <br />Roberts asked what entry changes would be made and whether or not <br />handicap accessibility would be maintained. Gerster described <br />the proposed entry changes and indicated that handicap <br />accessibility would be maintained. <br /> <br />stokes questioned the hours of the new store and if there would <br />be additional trucks utilizing the back area. Ross replied that <br />he believed the new store hours would be 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. <br />on weekdays, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturdays and 12:00 p.m. <br />to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays. Ross added that the trucks will abide <br />by the current hour restrictions behind the building. Ross <br />stated that he has addressed problems relating to the hours when <br />trucks are using the back area as they have come up and indicated <br />that if companies do not abide by those hours, they would be <br />fired. <br /> <br />Berry questioned hours of trash removal. Ross stated that trash <br />removal companies would be subject to the same hourly limitation <br />as is currently in effect. <br /> <br />Goedeke questioned if there had been any further discussion on <br />traffic flow issues such as speed and cars not abiding by the one <br />way traffic flow behind the building. Ross pointed out that this <br />issue had been discussed with the neighbors and that current <br />signage would be maintained. Ross also stated that he would <br />follow through with the Police Chief concerning enforcement of <br />speed and the one way traffic flow. <br /> <br />Goedeke asked if there had been any consideration for speed bumps <br />and if speed bumps would it hinder operations. Ross answered <br />that he did not know if it would be a hindrance and that the <br />issue hasn't been discussed. <br /> <br />Johnson asked about the number of deliveries. <br />this would be hard to predict. <br /> <br />Ross stated that <br /> <br />Goedeke asked if there would be overnight parking.
