Shardlow pointed out that this review was <br />limited in scope and related only to the addition of a loading <br />dock at the rear of the structure. Shardlow highlighted the <br />relevant issues and how Tanurb has addressed all concerns. <br /> <br />Shardlow highlighted a recent problem with the addition of a <br />satellite dish on the roof of the structure which was not <br />consistent with what was represented by the company that <br />installed the dish. Shardlow pointed out that a letter has been <br />sent to Tanurb Co. indicating that this problem must be <br />corrected. <br /> <br />Keel stated that there were no engineering concerns related to <br />this proposal. <br /> <br />Dan Ross, from Tanurb Co., stated that he had no formal <br />presentation but would be available for questions. <br /> <br />Shardlow added that the applicant had increased the height of the <br />brick screen wall adjacent to the loading dock, such that semi <br />trucks would be totally screened from view except at the entrance <br />to the loading dock. <br /> <br />Johnson questioned what new signage would be added. <br /> <br />Ross stated that there would be some new signage for the new <br />tenant but it would be subject to the same sign criteria and <br />lettering restrictions that are currently in place at the center. <br /> <br />Johnson asked if there would be conversion of mall space. <br /> <br />Ross answered that the sidewalk in front of the proposed new <br />tenant space would be converted into store space and be similar <br />
