That the design of the trash handling area be consistent <br />with the City's design standards. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Wietecki, Roberts, <br />DeBenedet, Johnson <br /> <br />Berry, <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Roberts stated that the minutes should show that the Planning <br />Commission strongly recommends that the City Council work with <br />Tanurb and the neighbors to resol ve the buffer area issue as <br />quickly as possible. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />DeBenedet moved and Berry seconded to strongly recommend that the <br />ci ty Council work with Tanurb and the neighbors to resolve the <br />buffer area screening issue as quickly as possible. <br /> <br />Berry suggested that the motion also include that the City <br />Council review its enforcement capabilities to make every effort <br />to resolve quickly noise and other neighborhood complaints. <br /> <br />Johnson suggested that the Planning Commission also recommend <br />that the City Council study the proper amount of enforcement <br />staff to enforce its ordinances allover the community. <br /> <br />Roberts stated that it was not appropriate for the Planning <br />Commission to recommend staffing levels. Johnson replied that <br />the recommendation would not be for a specific staffing level but <br />to have the Council review its staff levels in order to provide <br />proper enforcement in the community. <br /> <br />The final motion was that the Planning commission strongly <br />recommends that the Council work with Tanurb and the neighbors to <br />resolve the buffer area screening issue as quickly as possible <br />and that the Council review its staffing needs to promptly <br />enforce the City code City wide. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Wietecki, Roberts, <br />DeBenedet, Johnson <br /> <br />Berry, <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br />
