Shardlow <br />pointed out that the plan to be considered would be the one with <br />the changes. <br /> <br />DeBenedet closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Roberts moved and Goedeke seconded to recommend approval of Pope <br />Associates request for a special use permit for an automobile <br />related use at 2931 Partridge Road with the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. That engineering concerns about storm water and water main <br />location be resolved. <br /> <br />b. That the landscape plan be revised to provide an additional <br />overstory tree in the front yard, addi tional screening in <br />the berm area to screen overhead doors, repositioning of <br />trees in easements and right-of-way, relocation and <br />screening of electrical transformers. <br /> <br />c.
