<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Paget 15 <br /> <br />April 10, 1991 <br /> <br />find. Palmer replied that they have a public information plan <br />which includes pre-bill maps. Palmer also stated that they are <br />working with MNDOT on potential signage. <br /> <br />Harms questioned what plan should be considered. Shardlow <br />pointed out that the plan to be considered would be the one with <br />the changes. <br /> <br />DeBenedet closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Roberts moved and Goedeke seconded to recommend approval of Pope <br />Associates request for a special use permit for an automobile <br />related use at 2931 Partridge Road with the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. That engineering concerns about storm water and water main <br />location be resolved. <br /> <br />b. That the landscape plan be revised to provide an additional <br />overstory tree in the front yard, addi tional screening in <br />the berm area to screen overhead doors, repositioning of <br />trees in easements and right-of-way, relocation and <br />screening of electrical transformers. <br /> <br />c. That the development occur in accordance with the plans <br />presented to the Planning commission. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />stokes, Goedeke, Roberts, Wietecki, <br />Harms, Thomas, DeBenedet <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />The meeting recessed at 10:03 p.m. <br /> <br />The meeting reconvened at 10:10 p.m. <br /> <br />other Business <br /> <br />Blanket Minor Variances <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Shardlow gave the background on the existing blanket minor <br />variance process and proposed alternatives. <br /> <br />wietecki asked if blanket minor variances are ever denied. <br />Shardlow pointed out that they were not. <br />
