Keel <br />stated that there was no problem and that any concerns can be <br />resolved. <br /> <br />Goedeke questioned if the drainage was adequate. <br />that it was. <br /> <br />Keel stated <br /> <br />wietecki asked the reason for the variance to have a free <br />standing trash enclosure. Shardlow replied that it was the same <br />proposal that was reviewed on the previous site. <br /> <br />Goedeke questioned that type of trash the applicant would have. <br />Dennis Palmer replied that they have very little trash, mainly <br />paper and consumables from their employees. Shardlow asked if it <br />could be handled inside the building. Jerry Perkins, proj ect <br />architect, stated that they can use interior containers and could <br />eliminate the trash enclosure. <br /> <br />Goedeke pointed out that because Partridge Road area is not well <br />known, that it could be difficult for potential customers to <br />
