<br />ROSEVILLE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />Wednesday, June 12, 1991 <br /> <br />The June 12, 1991 regular meeting of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission was called to order by Chairperson Jim DeBenedet at 7:31 <br />P.M. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Harms, Thomas, Goedeke, Roberts, Wietecki, <br />DeBenedet <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Stokes <br /> <br />staff Present: <br /> <br />Keel, Jopke, Shardlow, <br /> <br />council Present: <br /> <br />Johnson <br /> <br />APproval of Minutes <br /> <br />Thomas pointed out that the May 8, 1991 minutes should be corrected <br />to show that she seconded the motion concerning driveways. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Goedeke moved and Thomas seconded to approve the minutes of the May <br />8, 1991 Planning Commission meeting as corrected. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Harms, Thomas, Goedeke, Roberts, <br />Wietecki, DeBenedet <br /> <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Planning File 2263 <br /> <br />Robert Pounds/Welsh Co. Inc. request for a special use permit at <br />the Crossroads Shopping Center at 1655 W. County Road B-2. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />Items discussed concerning this item were the need for a warning <br />sign at the southeast corner of the Kohl's store because of the <br />speed of the cars coming around the building and up the hill, and <br />the possibility of Ramsey County including some directional signage <br />within the right-of-way. <br /> <br />No residents spoke concerning this item. <br /> <br />MOTION <br /> <br />Goedeke moved and wietecki seconded to recommend approval of Robert <br />Pounds/Welsh Co. Inc.'s request for a special use permit to allow <br />additional directional signage at the Crossroads Shopping Center at <br />1655 W. County Road B-2 with the following conditions: <br />
