County Road C.

DISCUSSION

Discussion occurred concerning the following issues:

1. The need for more specific action points.

2. Traffic concerns including the impact of the number of drivers
and buses coming and leaving the site, the amount of peak hour
traffic impact on adjacent streets, the possible signalization
of County Road C and Arthur Street, the advisability of street
access from County Road C, and the need to keep Prior Avenue
open to provide access to Hyman Freightways.

3. The ability to bring about a better use on the site in
accordance with the Twin Lakes plan if this special use permit
is approved.

4. The adequacy of the landscaping on the site.

5. The inadequacy of screening on the west side of the site when
new development occurs on the adjacent parcel.

6. The control of run off from the site and the impact on water
quality in Langton Lake.

7. The necessity of bringing the building into compliance with
the design standards and the need to set a specific time frame
for compliance which is not tied to the street improvements.

8. The possibility of instituting a moratorium in the Twin Lakes
area to bring about consistent development.

One resident spoke concerning this item.
